This autumn, I am back on the small screen (the very small screen) and hosting a series of 8 online cook-alongs, the Spice Nights. Indian food belongs in the home kitchen and Spice Nights is my way of encouraging people to cook Indian food regularly and with confidence.
During each episode, I will cook a full meal in under 20 minutes with a little cheating (The Spice Tailor is my new range of sauces and are amazingly versatile and the best time savers!), but mostly scratch cooking. I will cover all the basics, perfect Basmati rice, raitas, lassis, naan, samosas, onion bhajjis as well as lots of curries and more impressive dishes such as Biryani.
