First Spice Night cookalong
Last night was my first Spice Night cookalong. I made the king of curries Chicken Tikka Masala, delicious instant naan, a fantastic spinach raita, and to finish, an amazing violet-scented, star-anise tainted, berry Eaton Mess. Your response has been great and I’m thrilled that so many of you enjoyed your first Spice Night. It’s just the first of eight episodes, and I’m looking forward to the rest of the series.
I understand that some of you may have experienced some technical difficulties (due to insufficient capacity) and weren’t able to log on. I’m sorry for any inconvenience: please rest assured that everything will be fixed in time for the next show.
